Practice & path.
The work, the people, and the milestones that shaped this attorney's role at the firm.
Don H. Nguyen is the founder and principal of DHN Attorneys, a Central Florida law firm focused on community association law, real estate, business law, and estate planning. Don began his career representing community association managers, building strong relationships and a deep understanding of their needs. Those early connections laid the foundation for representing real estate investors, developers, and entrepreneurs, all of whom valued his personal approach and commitment to understanding their goals.
In 2013, Don took the entrepreneurial leap to establish DHN Attorneys with a vision of building lasting partnerships with clients by being there when it matters most. That approach has shaped the firm’s growth and was recognized by the 2024 Best of Florida Awards.
Don serves as Special Magistrate for the City of Titusville and as Counsel to the Indian River County Code Enforcement Board. He also sits on the Board of Directors for the Conductive Education Center of Orlando and the Leadership Council for SALT Outreach. Early in his career, Don was a founding member of the Greater Orlando Asian American Bar Association.
Don has held a Preeminent AV Rating from Martindale-Hubbell since 2014. He was named to Florida Trend’s Legal Elite in 2018, a SuperLawyers Rising Star in 2019, and a Florida Trend Notable Managing Partner in 2024 and 2026. Don’s commitment to local small business owners led the Asian American Chamber of Commerce to name him Entrepreneur of the Year in 2024. In 2025, Congressman Darren Soto honored Don for his leadership and mentorship in Central Florida’s business and legal community, entering his biography into the Congressional Record.
His clients include luxury high-rise condominiums in downtown Orlando, the largest multiunit condominium in Orange County, developers of long-term and short-term communities, Michelin-starred and James Beard Award-winning chefs and restaurateurs, and medical professional offices.

The work, the people, and the milestones that shaped this attorney's role at the firm.
Josh Mowery works on community association, real estate, and immigration matters. He started at DHN as a paralegal in 2017, working with homeowners associations across Central Florida before returning as an attorney.
At the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Josh interned for the Honorable Patricia L. Strowbridge of the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. That clerkship sharpened the research, writing, and courtroom judgment he now brings to association and real estate disputes.
Josh's background gives him a practical view of both the file work and the courtroom work: governance, collections, covenant enforcement, transactions, and the pleadings that follow when a matter escalates.
