Shantel Ocampo, Esq.
Shantel is an experienced community association attorney. She has successfully guided her clients through trials, mediations, and arbitrations. She also has extensive experience drafting and amending governing documents and reviewing and negotiating contracts on behalf of her clients. Prior to joining our team, she was formerly the managing attorney for the Central Florida office for one of the largest community association law firms in the state.
Shantel is active within the industry and serves on the membership committee for the Community Association Institute of Central Florida. She is a frequent speaker at certification and continuing education seminars, as well as a contributing author to leading publications in the field. In addition to her advocacy efforts on behalf of community associations, she is also involved with the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers and the Orange County Legal Aid Society.
A Florida native and graduate from the University of Central Florida, Shantel was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2012.
